Designed from the ground up to maximize energy efficiency, this residence combines the insulation properties of ICF construction with innovative “river loop” geothermal HVAC system which utilizes the nearby river as a thermal mass.
The home was designed from the beginning to leverage the logistical benefits of Nudura® ICF, since a special concern of both the homeowners and the builder was the environment impacts of materials transport.
