NUDURA Insulation Technology is an easy alternative for insulating basement walls and can be directly applied on
foundation or exterior walls allowing you to easily insulate basement walls for finishing, or exterior walls in one easy step. With the standard 4ft x 8ft dimension sheets, insulating basement walls is fast and easy for anyone to install, saving time and money compared to multi-step finishing processes that are far more labour intensive. Insulating basement walls with NUDURA Insulation Technology is easy, simply attach the insulation board to foundation walls and continue installing with an easy to use ship lap system, run your electrical, and then drywall. It's that easy. Drywall can then be easily attached directly to the embedded 2 1/2" fastening strip positioned on 16” centres.
NUDURA Insulation Technology is made of EPS or Expanded Polystyrene, making it easy to cut and install when insulating basement walls. Expanded polystyrene is now a recyclable material and is manufactured under a process that also contains recyclable materials inserted within the product. NUDURA Insulation Technology is ideal for insulating basement walls, non-insulated concrete slabs, inner and outer walls as well as flat or cathedral ceilings.
