Richardsville School Showcased Nationally

Aug 21, 2012

NUDURA's LEED Gold Net-Zero school gets national recognition through Parade Magazine, MSNBC News, and major U.S. Newspapers for being a leader in sustainability for American Schools. As U.S. schools are getting more expensive to build and to maintain, communities and district school boards are anxiously searching for greener, safer, faster, energy-efficient building methods and materials. Richardsville Elementary, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, has now become a beacon of hope for many future school building projects. Building with NUDURA Insulated Concrete Forms has contributed to Richardsville's overall goal of becoming the first Net-Zero school in the nation and now that we're seeing the results of their energy savings and their efforts in reducing carbon emissions, others are starting to take notice.
