The four dormitories of the Siena residence hall complex at Bellarmine University were constructed in phases between 2007 and 2011 and now house over 500 students. The use of Insulated Concrete Forms eased the design challenges of building on a hill. After construction, there was a several-day power outage, but the insulating power of the ICF walls kept the interior temperatures comfortable for the occupants.
