On Eagle Beach in Aruba, an ICF resort addition was built using Nudura® Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) to provide occupants an energy efficient, safe and gorgeous Caribbean getaway. The new Vista III wing of Divi All Inclusive Resorts added 60 luxury rooms that maximize comfort and protect visitors and staff from extreme weather conditions.

By maintaining interior temperatures and limiting the need for HVAC usage, ICF construction offers ongoing financial savings for the owners. The concrete-filled blocks are easy to install and speed construction timelines. For this waterfront resort, Insulated Concrete Forms helped them achieve all their goals, highlighting how ICFs advance the hotel and hospitality industry by improving quality and sustainability while minimizing labor and operational costs.
