The 11-story Robie + Cherry Residential Development in Halifax is the tallest HercuWall™ project to date, using their insulated concrete panel (ICP) technology to offer a durable, thermally efficient building envelope and accelerate the construction process.

In fact, ICPs saved this project 4+ weeks per floor.

Other benefits of HercuWall ICPs:

  • R31 insulation for up to 40% energy savings
  • Numbered, prefabricated panels require less jobsite labor and take the guesswork out of installation
  • Wind ratings up to 300 mph (483 kph)

The Robie also incorporated Tremco's self-adhered air barriers, ExoAir® 110AT and ExoAir® 210AT, and USG and Tremco's Securock® ExoAir® 430 sheathing and pre-applied air barrier system for a compatible, air and watertight wall assembly from a single source.
