The residents of Bainbridge Island had been longing for some “right-sized” housing options, which culminated in the Roost Neighborhood, constructed using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) from Nudura®.

Sustainability was a top priority for the owner, so they sought out building materials that were beneficial to both the residents and the environment. The tight building envelopes made possible through ICF construction meant residents could enjoy energy-efficient homes and save on heating and cooling costs. As a bonus, the acoustical insulation properties greatly reduces noise from the outside.
