                    The advantages of ICF on this project were the soundproofing and the element protection, the energy saving benefits have more then exceeded the homeowners expectations.
This project build includes a Safe Room in the basement and garage, both constructed using ICF.
The floor system on both levels was designed with Insul-Deck; therefore, interior walls were designed with ICF to reduce the span of floor systems.
