An opening solution for ICF, composed of LSL that allows for direct contact with concrete.
This unique one-sided form blends the best of Insulated Concrete Forms with versatility for various construction needs.
The Nudura One Series is a multi-link Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) system, combining Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam, high-density polypropylene plastic, and concrete into a flat wall system. At the core of the One Series is the Dura Multi-Link Tie® offering the ability to create a wide variety of custom multi-sided form combinations for a variety of building types. The One Series reduces labor by eliminating the need for foam stripping in areas like elevator shafts and stairwells, offering architects design versatility for various projects. All unassembled panels feature full height fastening strips that eliminates compression of the forms during concrete placement.

Our Fastening Strip utilizes a reversible triple tooth interlock mechanism to firmly secure forms in place, effectively preventing float and compression without the need for wiring forms together. Our Duralok design includes embedded web/fastening strips that span the entire 18-inch (457 mm) height of each web. This ensures that the ICF forms remain uncompressed during concrete placement and offers a continuous, industry-leading fastening strip for finish materials.
Nudura Standard Forms are the longest standard Insulated Concrete Form in the industry allowing the placement of 12 square feet (1.11 m²) of the wall area in one building step. Building with Duramax Technology® results in faster installation times, less waste and a reduced amount of seams.
The Dura Multi-Link tie is the key to the success of the One Series form. Specially designed tie that offers the ability to create a wide variety of custom multi-sided form combinations for a variety of building types. The Dura Multi-Link tie provides a seamless transition between the Nudura Insert Web and the Plypan panel, leaving only two small connection points at the surface of the concrete wall.
The Nudura Plypan panel completes the One Series system with a precut, predrilled concrete forming plywood, providing a solid replacement for the EPS foam on a standard ICF form wall. The end result from the use of the Plypan panel is a smooth interior or exterior concrete surface, eliminating the need to strip the EPS foam in specialty applications.
