The Technology Behind Nudura ICF

Discover the technology that drives our product offerings

Duralok Technology®

Our Fastening Strip utilizes a reversible triple tooth interlock mechanism to firmly secure forms in place, effectively preventing float and compression without the need for wiring forms together. Our Duralok design includes embedded web/fastening strips that span the entire 18-inch (457 mm) height of each web. This ensures that the ICF forms remain uncompressed during concrete placement and offers a continuous, industry-leading fastening strip for finish materials.

Durafold Technology®

Our Hinged Web allows Nudura ICF Products to be shipped flat, allowing for 40% more product on a truck compared to other ICF manufacturers. Simply unfold and stack.

Duramax Technology®

Nudura Standard Forms are the longest standard Insulated Concrete Form in the industry allowing the placement of 12 square feet (1.11 m²) of the wall area in one building step. Building with Duramax Technology results in faster installation times, less waste and a reduced amount of seams.

4-Way Reversible

The forms interlocking design allows it to be four-way reversible, significantly reducing waste by eliminating the need for distinct left and right corners. This adaptability allows Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms to be utilized in twice as many construction scenarios compared to non-reversible forms.

Product Configurations

Choose from a selection of different configurations created to best suit your project requirements.

Standard Form
The fully assembled straight form, used for the main construction of the wall. This form is also available as unassembled panels.
90° Form
The 90° form is used for corners of the building. This form is fully reversable eliminating the need for left and right corners.
45° Form
The standard series is available in a 45 degree angle for design flexibility. This form also boast reversable qualities, eliminating the need for left and right forms.
Taper Top Form
The taper top form provides additional width of concrete to support walls, floors and roof trusses as required. The taper design allows concrete within 5/8" (16 mm) of form surface and can also be used to support brick veneer. This form is available as unassembled panels.
Brick Ledge Form
The brick ledge form is designed to provide a corbel ledge to support exterior finishes such as stone and brick veneer. This form is available as an unassembled panel.
Radius Form
The factory cut radius form is custom cut to the projects design requirements, eliminating the need to cut radius forms on-site.

It saves a lot of time. It saves also on material, because you're not cutting your material on site so you don't have a lot of waste.
