Prebuck & Nudura
An opening solution for ICF, composed of LSL that allows for direct contact with concrete.
A key innovation brought to market by Nudura that will give installers and designers another product to make installation easier and faster.
The Optimizer is designed to be used as a height adjuster at the top of the wall, it allows installers the ability to hit 17 different stack heights from 4’ (1200 mm) to 12’ (3600 mm). The forms are available in Nudura’s standard core sizes of 6” (152 mm) to 12” (300 mm), giving users the freedom to use the Optimizer on any size job from commercial to residential. Nudura installers can now achieve floor to floor heights at a 6" (152 mm) height increment without sacrificing interlock capability of the forms by using the Nudura Optimizer.

Our Fastening Strip utilizes a reversible triple tooth interlock mechanism to firmly secure forms in place, effectively preventing float and compression without the need for wiring forms together. Our Duralock design includes embedded web/fastening strips that span the entire 18-inch (457 mm) height of each web. This ensures that the ICF forms remain uncompressed during concrete placement and offers a continuous, industry-leading fastening strip for finish materials.
Our Hinged Web allows Nudura ICF Products to be shipped flat, allowing for 40% more product on a truck compared to other ICF manufacturers. Simply unfold and stack.
Nudura Standard Forms are the longest standard Insulated Concrete Form in the industry allowing the placement of 12 square feet (1.11 m²) of the wall area in one building step. Building with Duramax Technology® results in faster installation times, less waste and a reduced amount of seams.
The forms interlocking design allows it to be four-way reversible, significantly reducing waste by eliminating the need for distinct left and right corners. This adaptability allows Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms to be utilized in twice as many construction scenarios compared to non-reversible forms.
